With the guidance of Hall of Fame Master Distiller, Steve Nally, we created a truly unique blend of bourbon. For our initial release, we landed on a 4-grain mash bill by carefully sourcing 3 different mash bills and ranging from 4-8 year old barrels. The blend is special for its deployment of wheat to create a smooth flavor balanced by a slight burn on the finish that we affectionately refer to as a "Kentucky kiss."
